With more than 2 million Admissions and almost US$ 6 million at the Latin American Box Office, the recent release of Fall has been a huge success for CDC.

Opening number one in most territories, and in many cases remaining in the top 3 for several week, the film significantly outperformed big studio titles such as Beast, Nope and Don’t Worry Darling.

The movie, which is one of the leading titles of CDC’s lineup for the upcoming MipCancun, is an adrenaline-fueled thriller which leaves the audience breathless. You experience a sense of vertigo that is difficult to get from a movie and that thanks to great cinematography and the choice to shoot in a real location on a 60-foot platform on top of a mountain in the Mahawi desert.

In the vein of big box office hits such as 127 hours and 47 Meters Down, the movie follows the story of two best friends that decide to climb 2,000 feet to the top of a remote, abandoned radio tower and they find themselves stranded with no way down. Becky and Hunter’s expert climbing skills are put to the ultimate test as they desperately fight to survive the elements, a lack of supplies, and vertigo-inducing heights.
