The romantic comedy will make its debut on the Turkish channel on June 21.
Produced by D Productions, the series stars İlayda Alişan (The Pit, Red Room), Burak Yörük (Love Reason Get Even, The Dam), Zeynep Kankonde (Love Reason Get Even, Bandits) and Nergis Kumbasar (Love For Rent) .
Directed by Serdar Gözelekli, the director of the leading two Romantic Comedies Love Trap and Twist of Fate, Love and Hate is the first serie produced by D Productions as its re-launch project.
Tolga (Burak Yörük) is a famous young actor who is having a mid-career crises and decides to shoot a Rom-Com to re-boost his fame. For the lead actress a search starts for an unknown name. Asya (İlayda Allişan) is an ordinary girl who dreams of studying at university but working as a shop assistant in a shopping center.
The paths of these two people (with totally different life perspectives) crosses coincidentally, when Asya’s sister decides to attend the auditions of this Romantic Comedy. Asya who has no intention of being famous, suddenly finds herself as the lead actress in this new Rom-Com acting with Tolga. Will their roles turn into real or “the hate at first sight” will continue forever?
