The Turkish distributor is arriving in Cancun with three of its newest dramas: Love Makes you Cry, The Choice and A Miracle; which will also be showcased at a special event for buyers at the Cancun Theater on November 20th.
Madd Entertainment is bringing the hottest slate of new Turkish dramas to the Latin American market at MIPCancun 2019, including new series Love Makes you Cry, The Choice and A Miracle, Turkey’s highest-rated drama series in seven years.
Madd Entertainment is also organising a special screening for its record breaker drama A Miracle during the event, to be hosted on November 20th at the Cancun Theather for internatinal buyers.
A Miracle is MF Yapim’s adaptation of the international hit franchise The Good Doctor, featuring Taner Ölmez (Medcezir) in the title role of Ali, a surgical resident with autism and savant syndrome. The struggles of this awkward genius trying to fit in at a prestigious hospital have captivated the nation, bringing the highest ratings of any series in seven years.
The drama debuted strong on Fox Turkey, and in just a month nearly doubled its audience with an incredible 43 share. It has dominated prime-time ever since.
The Ay Yapim series The Choice features an all-star ensemble including Halit Ergenç (Magnificent Century, Wounded Love), Ozan Güven (Magnificent Century, Phi), Aslı Enver (Evermore), Birce Akalay (Price Of Passion), Nur Fettahoğlu (Magnificent Century, Sisters), and Mesut Akusta (Black Rose).

Love Makes you Cry is a hot new series from the creators of Mother and Woman and produced by MF Yapim. Their adaptation of the Japanese hit tells the story of a beautiful country girl who runs away to Istanbul in order to escape an arranged marriage and finds true love along the way.
Since its September premiere on Turkey’s Show TV, the drama has become Sunday night’s top drama series.
