The Turkish drama, distributed by ATV, premiered on December 14 on the Chilean channel, registering a 9.9 rating, propelling TVN to second place in the broadcast TV ranking in its time slot.
Last Tuesday, December 14, TVN in Chile premiered the Turkish drama For My Family, which proved to be another successful bid for the Turkish genre for the channel.
The ATV drama premiered under the local title Todo por mi familia, and settled in second place between 11:41 p.m. and 12:51 a.m., with an average rating of 9.9 points, remaining only two tenths behind Mega’s 10.1 rating during the time slot, and surpassing CHV and Canal 13, which scored 6.8 and 4.4 points respectively.
The commercial rating was also good for TVN, since the new fiction averaged 3.3 points, occupying the second position.
The drama tells the story of Kadir, Omer, Asiye and Emel, four brothers who are orphaned after losing their father and mother on the same day under strange circumstances. After this painful loss and having no family to take care of them, they must leave their home and are forced to live in deep poverty.
The villain of the story is Akif Atakul, the person responsible for the death of his parents and who tries to cover up his actions by allowing the brothers to study and work at their school. In this new stage, the paths of the rich and the poor intersect, creating difficulties for the lives of these brothers and sisters and those close to them, but their values, their brotherhood, love and desire to get ahead will teach them to face everything together.
Locally titled Kardeşlerim, the series premiered in February this year in Turkey and immediately became a top-rated audience success, leading to sales in 30 countries. His audience is loyal not only on television, but he also has a large digital community that transformed his YouTube channel into one of the most followed of Turkish fictions.
