The US Hispanic network finally announced the premiere date for the hit Turkish drama, which will make its debut on Tuesday, June 22 under the local title Hercai: Amor y Venganza.

Last April during Miptv, Turkish distributor ATV announced that its star series, Hercai, would arrive in the US through Telemundo.

And this week, the Hispanic channel finally revealed the premiere date for the highly anticipated drama, which will hit its screen next Tuesday, June 22 at 9:00 p.m.

Hercai is a MIA Yapim production, distributed by ATV Distribution.

Set in the ancient town of Midyat, in the historic Mardin Province of Turkey, Hercai: Love and vengeance tells the story of Reyyan Sadoglu (Şahin) and Miran Aslanbey (Akinözü), an impossible love driven by revenge and betrayal. The plot unfolds as Miran carries out his vengeance plan to honor his parents’ death, an act instilled by his grandmother who made him believe his parents died at the hands of Reyyan’s father.

Meanwhile, Reyyan’s desire to escape the yoke of her grandfather, pushes her into Miran’s arms. She will fall in love without knowing Miran’s true intentions, and he will discover the love between them is much stronger than rivalry and hate. As a result, Miran and Reyyan will have to overcome many obstacles and confront their own families to fulfill their love.

The series also stars Ayda Aksel, Macit Sonkan, Serhat Tutumluer, Ilay Erkök, Serdar Özer, Ahmet Tansu Taşanlar, Gülçin Santırcıoğlu, Oya Unustasi, and Gülçin Hatihan.

Telemundo joins a long list of broadcasters around the world who have opted for Hercai, already broadcast successfully in Latin American countries such as Chile, Panama, Puerto Rico, Peru, Nicaragua, Panama and Guatemala.

It is also seen successfully in Spain and a total of more than 100 countries around the world.
