Kanal D International announced it has sold Turkish drama War of the Roses into Peru, where it was acquired by Latina TV.
Last November, the drama premiered in Argentina on Telefe as Guerra de rosas, reaching notable success with a 10.2 rating, becoming the highest rated show in its time slot.
Produced by Med Yapim, War of the Roses premiered for the first time in Turkey in 2014 as Güllerin Savaşı.
It tells the story of the love triangle between a wealthy woman, a handsome man and a beautiful young girl while showing that change—for better or for worse—is inevitable. Starring Canan Ergüder, Damla Sönmez and Barış Kılıç, the series is written by Sırma Yanık and directed by Emre Kabakuşak.
