Brazilian Content, the program that promotes exports for BRAVI (Brasil Audiovisual Independiente) and the Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investment (Apex-Brazil), announced the appointment of Mary Morita to the role of executive manager.
She will replace Rachel do Valle, who’s leaving her role after 10 years to join Projeto Paradiso, a new initiative that supports the Brazilian audiovisual industry by the Olga Rabinovich Institute, where she will be manager of Audiovisual Projects.
Mary Morita arrives at Brazilian Content from Brazilian producer ELO, where she worked since January of this year.
It’s her second time at Brazilian Content after working there as international coordinator between 2011 and 2019.
