The series is produced by SAGA in collaboration with Latin American production group NonStop Studios.

MediaHub has secured worldwide distribution rights to Aşk Yarası (Roses), a Turkish drama.

The series follows Pars, whose life changes when he discovers that his biological father is still alive. Leaving behind his life in Adana, Pars travels to Istanbul and enters the wealthy Akabey family as the only surviving heir. In an effort to resolve a longstanding feud between two families, he agrees to marry Asya, a woman he has never met from a rival family.

Pars, however, remains tied to Gül, the love of his life that broke his heart, while Asya develops a deep love for him. Caught between his past and present, Pars must navigate family expectations, unresolved relationships and a marriage intended to bring peace between two families.

Roses is directed by Atilla Cengiz and Irmak Çengel, whose credits include Adını Sen Koy (Prisoner of Love) and Kuma: The Other Wife.

The series stars Oktay Ekinci as Pars, Ecem Simge Yurdatapan as Asya and Meltem Avşaroğlu as Gül, alongside Dorukcan Sarıduman, Cansu Öztekin, and veteran actress Elif İnci. Ekinci is known for Duy Beni (Hear me) & Kadere Karşı (Broken Destiny), while Yurdatapan appeared in Aile (The Family). Cansu Öztekin has appeared in Kuma: The Other Wife and Yasak Elma (Forbidden Apple), while İnci’s television credits include Kara Para Aşk (Black Money Love). Dorukcan Sarıduman previously appeared in Bahar, and Kuma: The Other Wife.

The series is produced by SAGA in collaboration with Latin American production group NonStop Studios, and Screen Capital Fund, marking the first production from the collaboration between the parties, bringing together Turkish and Latin American production expertise.

The worldwide distribution agreement brings Roses into MediaHub’s Turkish slate and international catalogue, alongside scripted and unscripted content from markets including Korea, the Netherlands, Latin America and Greece.
