Following the merger of Banijay Rights and All3Media International, Payne will continue as CEO of Banijay Rights, the name that the group’s unified distribution operation will officially adopt.
Banijay Entertainment has confirmed that Cathy Payne will lead the combined distribution business of Banijay Rights and All3Media International following the completion of the integration between the two companies. Payne will continue as CEO of Banijay Rights, the name officially adopted by the group’s unified distribution operation.
As part of the reorganization, the company also announced that Louise Pedersen will step down as CEO of All3Media International once the integration process is complete. Pedersen has led the distributor for nearly a decade and has been with the company for more than 20 years.
The new Banijay Rights will bring together two of the industry’s largest content catalogues, strengthening the group’s ability to distribute formats, scripted series, documentaries, and entertainment programming to buyers worldwide.

The integration of Banijay Rights and All3Media International is part of Banijay Entertainment’s acquisition of All3Media, a transaction that created one of the world’s largest independent production and distribution groups.
