This Tuesday, May 12, TelevisaUnivision held its 2026-27 Upfront presentation in New York, showcasing its latest offerings for the upcoming season.
The network announced its renewed commitment to the genre it has dominated for decades, telenovelas, with an offering of 10 new titles, strengthening the legacy that has made its productions must-see events for audiences and has fueled its year-over-year growth in primetime.
Furthermore, the reality show 24/7 Apostarías por Mí will return for a second season; and successful franchises such as ¿Quién es la Máscara? and Juego de Voces will also be back.
Univision announced the return of legendary host Don Francisco in a new limited-edition special series filled with interviews, surprises, nostalgia, and unforgettable reunions, reliving the moments that defined generations and united millions of families.
In addition, Premios Juventud will evolve into PJ Fest, a week-long, multi-city, multi-platform cultural celebration designed for new generations. The festivities will include activations with creators and live concerts from Houston, Miami, and Los Angeles, culminating in the 23rd edition of the event at the Starlite Amphitheater in Marbella, Spain.
A historic partnership with Grammy-winning artist and entrepreneur Marc Anthony will extend beyond traditional media to amplify Latin culture through the development of original long-form content and strategic lifestyle projects focused on music, hospitality, and fashion.
Building on the success of ViX’s music division, the company will launch “Sessions by ViX Música,” a premium series of live performances featuring never-before-seen acts and world premieres in an intimate studio setting, bringing together the biggest names in Latin music with today’s most relevant content creators.
