In its second edition, which will take place on June 17-18, the event has experienced remarkable growth, doubling its exhibition space compared to its first year.
Sports Summit Madrid (SSM), a project promoted by MADCUP, was created with the aim of connecting the sports industry and its related sectors, providing a meeting point that fosters the creation of real business opportunities and establishes itself as a benchmark for the entire sports ecosystem.
In its second edition, which will take place on June 17-18, the event has experienced remarkable growth, doubling its exhibition space compared to its first year. This increase in demand -from both national and international companies, as well as new verticals linked to the sports industry seeking to be part of the project- has driven a significant expansion for the event.
As a result of this growth, IFEMA Madrid has proposed relocating the event to Hall 8 in order to ensure the best possible experience for both exhibitors and visitors. This organizational decision responds to the need to increase venue capacity and effectively accommodate the high level of demand the event is experiencing.
This change will allow for greater exhibition capacity, facilitating the inclusion of new companies and activations wishing to take part in the event. It will also improve space distribution, enhance experiential and activation areas, and further strengthen SSM’s international positioning.
The SSM organization views this expansion as a major opportunity for all participants, reinforcing the project’s growth and advancing its goal of becoming the leading global meeting point for the sports industry.
