MediaHub has unveiled the cast and first images of Bitter Justice (Aşka Mahkum), a Turkish drama promising tension, romance, and unexpected twists. The series, set for international distribution, will premiere on August 16 on Bi Kanal, Turkey’s new national channel.

With a script centered on revenge, power, and second chances, the production marks the second project from Globalsphere Studios, a MediaHub subsidiary, in co-production with Nöbetçi Yapım.

The creative direction is led by Eliz Arkayın-Ungan, who recently joined the studio.

Synopsis of Bitter Justice

The story begins with a tragic accident at a construction site that leaves Noyan Erim’s wife in a wheelchair and causes the loss of their child. Convinced that the head of security is to blame, Noyan kidnaps his daughter, Dünya, and forces her to care for his family.

What starts as a struggle to survive turns into a silent quest for justice, in which Dünya will find an unexpected ally and a forbidden romance.

Cast of the Series

The lead roles are played by Shadi Tabarsa, Metehan Cemil Varol, Ümit Olcay, Ejder Karslıgil, Öykü Çakar, Elif Hilal Yalçın, Merve Kurç, Sefer Cambaz, Elif Sima Kurt, Fatih Doğan, Mira Sude Güneş, Alya Mira Türkeş, and legendary Yeşilçam actor Ahmet Mekin.

With this premiere, MediaHub strengthens its international catalog following the success of its first original drama, Alaca.
