Alicja Czarnecka-Suls stands behind the success and introduction to Poland of such television formats as The Voice of Poland, Kocham Cię, Polsko, Top Model, Jak oni śpiewają, and Taniec na lodzie.
Alicja Czarnecka-Suls joins the market leading production company of CEE, Paprika Studios, taking the position of Head of Non-Fiction Production in the Polish division.
For many years, Alicja Czarnecka-Suls held the position of Managing Director at Rochstar and recently focused on working as a supervising producer for The Voice format. She used this period also to complete a personal project – writing her dream book, Nine Knockers of Troy.
Alicja Czarnecka-Suls stands behind the success and introduction to Poland of such television formats as The Voice of Poland, Voice Kids, Voice Senior, Kocham Cię, Polsko, Top Model, Jak oni śpiewają, and Taniec na lodzie.
She will be responsible for developing the non-fiction production department at Paprika Studios Poland – the leading independent production company in Central and Eastern Europe, present in 8 countries across the region.
“If a person is the sum of their experiences, then I am ready to use my experience to build a strong non-fiction department at Paprika Studios Poland from the ground up,” says Alicja Czarnecka-Suls.

As Head of Non-Fiction Production, her ambition is to create space for entertainment, studio, and reality formats that will attract both Polish and international audiences and to offer a new partner in the Polish television production market that understands both local needs and global trends.
