The Turkish series will premiere on the Spanish channel this Thursday, January 9 as Trapos sucios.
In every opulent neighborhood, there is a legion of women who make everything work, housemaids who wash clothes, clean, cook, tidy and take care of the children. They all follow the same rule – going unnoticed – and every day, after the long and eventful work day, they return home to live their lives with their loved ones. They are resilient women, accustomed to cleaning up the messes left by their wealthy and eccentric bosses, and also the protagonists of Trapos sucios, a new fiction that Divinity will premiere on Thursday, January 9 at 10:00 p.m. and that will be available on Mitele PLUS.

Ayça Bingöl, Ceren Moray and Cansu Tosun, in the role of these assistants who try to make their dreams come true, and Devrim Yakut, Bestemsu Özdemir, Halil Ibrahim Ceyhan and Melisa Döngel, in the skin of their rich and fickle employers, lead the artistic team of this intrigue series created by Merve Girgin.
Directed by Ece Erdek Koçoglu and written by Umut Açikalin, Ülkü Akkoyunlu and Damla Güçer, Dirty Laundry, offers an exciting portrait of these domestic workers who work tirelessly so that their maniacal bosses can enjoy their luxurious lifestyle.
Synopsis:
A group of resilient women who work as assistants for opulent Turkish families are the protagonists of this fiction, which begins when Meryem, one of them, dies unexpectedly after falling from a window of the mansion where she worked. Ilkgül, a friend of the victim, and Kahraman, an inquisitive journalist, work together to discover the truth about Meryem’s death. As they seek justice, they will discover the complex world of domestic workers and their wealthy bosses.
This tragic event will mark a before and after among these women who struggle to get ahead, like Söngul, who has been working for years for a demanding woman after a difficult divorce and helps find work and advises the other housemaids; Hariye, an impulsive, cheerful and sensitive woman who always takes on the most challenging tasks and helps the others with their problems; and Medine, a conservative woman who endures abuse in silence to help her sister and knows the secrets of her bosses, which she cannot reveal because they would destroy her own family.
At first, Meryem’s death seems to be an unfortunate incident, until the story takes an unexpected turn with the discovery of dark and complex secrets, a reality that Ilkgül and Kahraman will discover during their investigations.
