The drama has been sold to Poland, Israel, Romania, Georgia and North Macedonia.

International distributor Eccho Rights has made sales for acclaimed Turkish daily drama series, Winds of Love, securing deals with TVP in Poland, Achla TV in Israel, Happy Channel in Romania, Imedi in Georgia and Kanal 5 in North Macedonia.

These new partnerships bring Winds of Love into homes across the CEE region, continuing a successful journey that started in January 2024 on Turkey’s Kanal 7.

The drama, produced by Rains Pictures and Unik Film for Kanal 7, wrapped its first season in June 2024 having already been commissioned for a second season which began airing in September.

In the second season, as Zeynep (Cemre Arda) and Halil’s (Gökberk Yıldırım) fairytale-like love continues full steam ahead, the dark secrets of their past will come to haunt them. When Zeynep finds out that Halil entered her life for revenge, she refuses to be his “rebel lover” any longer. Although Halil is determined not to give up on the woman he loves, every step they take turns into a battlefield where their love is tested.

“Winds of Love offers a strong narrative of love and perseverance, that resonates deeply with audiences – a young woman boldly forging her own way in life, but unable to resist the pull of a problematic relationship. Its universal themes makes it a perfect fit for international markets,” says Berkin Nalbantli, Sales Consultant for CEE at Eccho Rights.

Eccho Rights represents several Kanal 7 daily dramas, finding great success worldwide with the model of long-running premium productions such as Legacy (1100+ episodes), Redemption (600+ episodes, ongoing) and most recent addition Behind The Veil, which also just entered its second season for the Turkish broadcaster.
