Satisfaction Iberia, in collaboration with Ah! Production, will co-produce a unique documentary about the life of iconic actor Jean Reno. Under the direction of Gerardo Olivares, filmmaker, screenwriter and friend of Reno and Thibaut Sève, who specialises in documentaries on film figures, will offer exclusive and unprecedented access to the actor’s most personal side.
Through experiences in France, Spain, Morocco, Japan and the United States, the documentary explores Reno’s life, from his modest beginnings to his astonishing rise to fame as a movie star. Jean Reno’s road to success was full of obstacles, marked by adversity, disappointments and a tireless pursuit of his dreams.
This documentary features Reno’s own reflections, intimate conversations with his family and friends, as well as previously unpublished archive footage.
The documentary is presented as an intimate and emotional journey inside one of the most emblematic figures of international cinema.
