Shogun and The Bear swept through the drama and comedy categories, while Netflix’s Baby Reindeer was the breakout limited series. All the winners, up next.

This Sunday, September 15, the TV industry gathered in Los Angeles for the 2024 Emmy Awards ceremony, just a few months after the 2023 edition, which had to be held in January of this year.

This edition’s biggest winner was FX, which won both on the comedy and drama categories, garnering a total of 18 awards. On the drama side, Shogun won Best Drama, Best Lead Actor (Hiroyuki Sanada) and Best Lead Actress (Anna Sawai), as well as Best Directing (Frederick E.O.).

Over on the comedy side, The Bear won 11 awards, including Lead Actor (Jeremy Allen White), Supporting Actor (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), Supporting Actress (Colón-Zayas) and Best Director (Christopher Storer).

However, it was HBO’s Hacks which won Best Comedy Series, as well as Best Leading Actress (Jean Smart).

One of the biggest hits of the year, Netflix’s viral Baby Reindeer won Best Limited Series, with creator Richard Gadd winning Best Leading Actor and Writer. His co-star Jessica Gunning, who played his stalker Martha, won supporting actress.

The ceremony was held at the LA Live Peacock Theater, hosted by Eugene and Dan Levy.
