The group unveiled its first projects for next year, including the adaptation of the British format Virgin Island for Latin America; vertical content and other alternative formats; and “a mega international production for one of the major streamers.”

360Powwow, a Miami-based audiovisual production company specializing in premium content for the U.S. Hispanic, Latin American, and Spanish markets, continues to strengthen its position as one of the most active independent production companies in the industry. According to Leo Lavazza, one of the company’s founding partners, 360Powwow concludes 2025 as a year defined by major premieres, business expansion, and strategic alliances, and looks ahead to 2026 with a slate that promises strong growth across entertainment, scripted content, and new digital initiatives.

In 2025, 360Powwow produced for TelevisaUnivision the first season of Código de Investigación, an original prime-time True Crime format. The program quickly positioned itself as one of the network’s strongest factual bets, expanding its reach on ViX and in international markets, and establishing a new narrative tone within the genre by combining investigative journalism, expert analysis, and a distinctive audiovisual identity.

Looking toward 2026, 360Powwow is developing a new season of Código de Investigación, deepening the editorial vision of the program while introducing new segments, guest contributors, on-the-ground reporting, and special episodes. This new cycle strengthens the creative partnership between the production company and the network, expanding the presence of original content developed from Miami for audiences across the continent.

In 2025, 360Powwow also made significant advances in the development of film projects. In partnership with Ecuavisa Estudios (Ecuador), both companies are co-producing the first international production to receive Ecuador’s new fiscal incentive. Additionally, in co-production with Isla Audiovisual (Spain), 360Powwow is preparing Sweet Caroline, a feature film written by Goya Award winner Diego Farias. In the scripted arena, the company adapted the successful Spanish franchise La Pecera de Eva for the Mexican market, a project that now has a completed pilot and a preliminary selection of high-profile cast members.

Another major milestone in 2025 was the launch of BÁSICO Stream, a new digital platform focused on live content, pop culture, current events, debate, and direct audience participation. Since its debut, BÁSICO Stream has built an active community across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and Kick, positioning itself as a pioneering digital ecosystem for Latino audiences in the United States, with thousands of hours produced and millions of views.

In the entertainment space, 360Powwow is preparing to adapt Virgin Island for Latin America. The hit BBC Channel 4 original format, a social experiment acclaimed in the United Kingdom, will arrive in the region in 2026, further strengthening the company’s footprint in the global entertainment arena.

Additionally, the company is developing a major international production for one of the top global streamers, set to begin in 2026. The project will leverage fiscal incentives in Latin America and marks 360Powwow’s return to a large-scale production model—integrating international co-production, advanced technical capabilities, and a global launch strategy.

In parallel, 360Powwow will continue advancing its slate of vertical-format dramas and other alternative genres, establishing new partnerships with platforms and content outlets while deepening its commitment to narrative innovation and the evolving consumption habits of younger audiences.

With a 2025 defined by strong creative growth and a 2026 that opens a strategic slate of projects with major international partners, 360Powwow reinforces its position as a leading producer of premium content for the U.S. Hispanic market, championing Latino talent, format innovation, and the development of new global alliances. “We are extremely proud of what we accomplished in 2025 and especially excited about what’s ahead in 2026. Our goal is to continue expanding the reach of our stories and to strengthen the role of Latino talent within the U.S. audiovisual industry,” said Leo Lavazza, Founding Partner of 360Powwow.
