My Life is Murder is produced by Greenstone Pictures MLIM for TVNZ, Acorn TV, and DCD Rights. It has been pre-sold to several territories prior to its release.

UK distributor DCD Rights has pre-sold the fourth season of the hit murder mystery drama My Life is Murder ahead of the series’ official launch at the London Screenings. The series starring Lucy Lawless will be available in Spain on Calle 13.

Rights to the new season of My Life is Murder have been acquired by several territories: YLE Finland, TV2 Denmark, Quebecor Content Canada, Yes-DBS Israel, ProFour Media Distribution for Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia; NBCUniversal International Networks & Direct-To-Consumer for Universal TV in Africa, 13ÈME RUE in France and Calle 13 Spain.

My Life is Murder was produced by Greenstone Pictures MLIM for TVNZ, Acorn TV, and DCD Rights, made with the help of the New Zealand Government’s Screen Production Rebate (NZSPR).

The first season of My Life Is Murder was also recently acquired by AXN Mystery Channel Japan.

Rick Barker, head of sales for DCD Rights, noted that Lucy Lawless’ ability to deliver equal parts comedy and drama is one of the highlights of this classic murder mystery series. “And, of course, the incredible New Zealand setting is also a character that is second to none. We’re delighted to see that our global phenomenon – My Life Is Murder – continues to have strong appeal among international broadcasters, with series 1-4 selling to 90 territories, and we’re looking forward to introducing this new series to buyers in London in February,” he said.
