Kanal D International’s hit Turkish drama Sins and Roses has made a major prime-time debut in Spain, with its Spanish premiere, El Secreto, ranking #1 and becoming the most-watched program of Sunday night on Antena 3.
Premiering on September 6 at 10:00 p.m., El Secreto achieved a 12.5% audience share, averaging 1.1 million viewers and reaching more than 2.2 million unique viewers. The premiere also marked the best fiction launch in more than a year among Spain’s private broadcasters, while leading its direct competitors by 6.5 and 2.5 percentage points, respectively.
The strong Spanish debut adds further momentum to the international journey of Sins and Roses, which has already been sold to around 120 countries worldwide. The series’ success across international markets reflects the growing global demand for Turkish drama and its ability to connect with audiences through compelling, universal storytelling.
The title has also received international industry recognition, recently winning a Bronze Tower Award at the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards, further underscoring its creative strength and international appeal.
In Spain, El Secreto will also be available on atresplayer, extending its reach across both linear television and streaming.
